Our passion is to design learning environments that are appropriate and challenging for multi-age students, particularly young ones. From our experience, we propose that many of the academic pressures placed on early years and lower primary have progressed out of good goals, but brought about negative impacts, potentially for years to come. While we believe it is crucial to assist our students in excelling, the affective and psychomotor domains are more essential the younger the child is. Therefore, we seek ways to support students to excel academically while still concentrating on those areas of character and physical evolvement that are most significant. Our future target is to instruct in an environment where there is a focus on pursuing professional development and the possibility of promotion.
