As a dedicated English teacher, I challenge my students with thought-provoking questions to assess their proficiency while fostering curiosity and critical thinking. I incorporate Self-Determination Theory (Marylène Gagné, 2014) to inspire intrinsic motivation, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning. By applying microlearning techniques, I break down complex, rigorous tests into manageable segments, enabling learners to process information effectively and approach assessments with confidence.

I also cultivate skeptical thinking and quick reflexes, guiding students to formulate precise, well-reasoned responses. Additionally, I integrate insights from “A Theory of Individualism and Collectivism” (Michele J. Gelfand, 2012) to promote both self-directed learning and collaborative development, helping students strike a balance between independence and teamwork.

With a wealth of knowledge gained from educational research and hands-on experience, my mission is to empower students to become confident, determined individuals who strive for their ideal future. My greatest joy comes from sharing knowledge and witnessing others achieve their goals.
