GROUP MESSAGE
1. With the aspiration to establish a sustainable and positive learning community, realizing that many learners require an environment to promote their English and also need a space to hone their knowledge-sharing skills, I would like to organize a study group called GROUP LEARNING. The group operates founded on the spirit of building and supporting a free, flexible, and voluntary learning community so that participants feel familiar when engaging in the lessons.
2. GROUP LEARNING is a foundation with a free group study form for everyone who wants to enhance some aspects of Buddhist knowledge and language (English + Pali). This group will operate on a long-term basis and flexibly change subjects depending on student needs. Those who initially experience can generously support the footsteps of those who come after them by devoting effort and time to conveying their knowledge. This is also a setting for those who need to practice sharing and instructing skills so that they can later stand in the actual classroom more confidently. During the process of studying together, if anyone needs a context, we will create the best conditions for you to have the opportunity to practice.
3. Class schedules and subjects will be changed from time to time according to needs. Lessons take place throughout the week from 20:00 – 21:30. 10 minutes before class (7:50 p.m.), there will be a reminder notice in the Zalo Group Learning group. Click on “Reminder” and access the class’s Zoom Link.
4. Regarding learning materials, all resources related to class sessions and other diverse sources from outside are regularly updated in the Notion link in the COURSE SCHEDULE AND MATERIALS section. You should learn about NOTION because it is also very useful in preparing Vocabulary and storing personal documents.
5. Each lesson will have a Leader in charge. PRONUNCIATION and BASIC GRAMMAR are two basic and important classes for new students. For the remaining classes, you can try participating to see if this is the area of knowledge you are interested in.
6. For Speaking classes 3 – 5, Leaders will send questions to the group in advance so you have time to prepare. If you are new to English, you can temporarily use Google Translate to translate the ideas you want to exchange. While speaking, if the Leader corrects your mistakes, you will improve quickly, as long as you have the will to progress and continuously interact. The advantage of studying in this group is that you have a learning atmosphere where you don’t need to see your face directly, and don’t require turning on the camera, so shyness is also greatly reduced. Let’s take advantage of the opportunity to sharpen our Speaking skills.
7. Those who are new to the group should read through the pinned information to grasp the situation and how the group operates. You should also read “ENGLISH LEARNING ROADMAP FOR BEGINNERS” to understand more about the process and facts of learning English.

8. You can invite anyone who wants to learn to join the Zalo group via the following link without asking permission https://zalo.me/g/gmidrc647
9. Learning any foreign language requires studying many times to have enough time to “absorb” the language. We have such a free and comfortable environment, so please take the time to study so you can develop your skills faster. At the same time, this is a voluntary learning space, so when participating, you should actively cooperate by responding to the Leader when invited to interact.
10. This is an environment of “Sustainable learning, long-term development” with the motto LIFELONG LEARNING, so we will go a very long way together if we have favorable conditions. Hopefully, we can contribute our abilities and understanding to develop Dhamma in Vietnam and around the world.
(We ask for your collaboration – please refrain from sending images or information unrelated to the study topic to the Zalo group to avoid interrupting group messages.)
🍁 In the process of studying and serving together, we are also renunciants in the process of learning and practicing, so we cannot avoid mistakes. We hope that instructors and learners will sympathize and show us more enthusiastically.
🍁 We would like to be delighted and appreciate all your cooperation and comments. If you have any questions, please actively discuss so that we can develop together.
Wishing you good health and happiness.
