Ms. Chơn Tịnh (Ariyā Nandī)

Greeting to everyone,
My Dhamma name is Chơn Tịnh, a being who is seeking and practicing the path of liberation. Currently, I am fortunate to study and practice at Phước Sơn Monastery in Vietnam and several meditation centers in other countries. With the thought of studying and practicing in parallel, my hobbies are practicing meditation and studying the Tipitaka. Especially comparing languages related to the scriptures to apply, learn, and correct myself on the path of studying and practicing.
On that journey, with the desire to share and spread the value that the Buddha’s Dhamma brings to one’s own life in general and support everyone to connect with friends and monks around the world to learn and develop on the path of practicing to live a more peaceful and happy life, I have passion and interest in teaching.
Hopefully, the class will be a place to connect, get to know, and learn from everyone through discussions and exchanges about the language industry in general and the topic of Buddhism in particular. Let’s create happy and meaningful classroom memories together in the future!

Nếu con nhớ thân con là cát bụi
Thì nghĩa gì một chiếc áo hào hoa
Đời trăm năm như thoáng chớp chiều tà
Một tích tắc đã ra người thiên cổ.
If I remember that my body is dust
What is the meaning of a luxurious shirt
A life of a hundred years is like a flash of lightning in the evening
A split second and we are dead forever.
Nếu con nhớ cuộc đời bao thống khổ
Mà có vui cũng tạm vui thôi
Thì con hỡi hãy tôn thờ sự thật
Để tìm ra chân đích của kiếp người.
If I remember that life is full of suffering
And if there is joy, it is only temporary
Then oh child, please worship the truth
To find the true destination of human life.
Nếu con nhớ phồn hoa muôn sắc vẻ
If I remember that the prosperity of all colors
Gọi mời con mê đắm lợi và danh
Invites me to be infatuated with fame and fortune
Đôi mắt biết đã bao lần ứa đỏ
Our eyes have been red many times
Nên trở về tìm lại mảnh trời xanh.
We should return to find the blue sky.
Nếu con nhớ tàn canh đời trắng mộng
If I remember that the end of a life of white dreams
Một bàn tay nắm – mở một bàn tay
A hand holds – opens a hand
Bao được – mất, hèn – sang cùng thắng – bại
How much gain – loss, lowliness – nobility, victory – defeat
Sẽ nhạt nhòa tựa chút khói nhẹ bay.
Will fade like a little smoke drifting away.
Nếu con nhớ thân con là lữ khách
If I remember that we are all a traveler
Và trần gian là quán trọ đêm nay
And the world is an inn tonight
Nghĩa cuộc đời dường sương, tuyết, gió, mây
The meaning of life is like dew, snow, wind, clouds
Không vướng bận để đường xa nhẹ bước.
Without worries, let the long journey be easy.
Nếu con nhớ giữa nẻo đường xuôi ngược
If I remember in the midst of the ups and downs
Bóng hình con là hiện thể tình thương
Our image is the embodiment of love
Lời Như Lai là thực tại chơn thường
The words of Tathagata are the eternal reality
Hãy nguyện hiến trái tim vì lẽ thật.
Please vow to devote our heart to the truth.
Nếu con nhớ giữa trăm ngàn tất bật
If you remember in the midst of a thousand hustles
Có con đường lặng lẽ rất an nhiên
There is a quiet and peaceful path
Và tự tại khi con nhìn thấy đạo
And at ease when you see the path
Bến trầm kha vắng sạch bóng ưu phiền.
The deep shore is empty of all worries.
